Terms
Last updated: PLACEHOLDER — set at launch
Who you are buying from
PLACEHOLDER — name the Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record for every purchase: they take payment, issue the receipt, handle VAT, and deliver the files. Their terms govern the sale itself; these terms cover this website.
What you are buying
A licence to read or listen to the work for your own personal use. You may keep the files, move them between your own devices, and back them up. You may not redistribute them, upload them publicly, or resell them.
The files carry no DRM. This is deliberate: DRM is defeatable, and it punishes honest readers while doing nothing to stop anyone else.
Right of withdrawal
PLACEHOLDER — the most important clause on this page. Get it right.
Under EU consumer law you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends only if you gave express consent to immediate delivery andacknowledged that doing so loses you the right to withdraw.
Confirm that the chosen Merchant of Record collects that consent and that acknowledgement at checkout, before download. If it does not, that step has to be added — or a full fourteen-day refund window honoured on every sale, whether or not the file has been downloaded.
Refunds
PLACEHOLDER — state the refund policy plainly, and make sure it does not contradict the clause above or the Merchant of Record's own policy.
